I am not a Marketing major but was required to take the class to obtain my degree. However, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Not only was it an easy read, but it had a lot of examples that helped me learn the material. I would definitely reccommend this book!

MKTG 2 October 9, 2008 Shawna L. Avey (houston, tx) As an introduction for Marketing, this book is great. If purchased new, the book has access to online tools and interaction. It is laid out well, easy to read and full of examples that relate to and explain the vocabulary well.

MKTG 2 is an excellent, most up to date source for anyone who wants to learn about the consumer market or business market. It is easy to read and understand. With the accompanied "code" for access to a Companion Website, which allows readers to better understand and use the concepts learned with games, flash cards, and quizzes, a person entering into business as an entrepreneur or into marketing will do so with more ease because they'll know the gist of the market and how it works. You'll have a slight advantage in my opinion. Great book!!!
